Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Build and Retain a Portfolio of Retail and SME Clients for achieving the assigned target numbers and service standards.
  • Research on potential tie-ups for Borrowers acquisition – Identifying potential new tie-up opportunities.
  • Interacting with channel partners and upholding relationship with them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall process of loan disbursement to clients.
  • Reporting and Monitoring performance to ensure that targets are achieved.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresher OR 1-2 years of experience.
  • Self Starter, ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement, strong interpersonal skills in a team environment is a must.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches (delivering a business plan).
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
